Registration is mandatory to attend the Freedom & Growth Summit 2025.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) regulate the conditions for participation in the Freedom & Growth Summit 2025 (FGS), organized by the CEE Council Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
1.2. The event will take place on the 2-3 December at the Olympic Centre, Wybrzeże Gdańskie 4, Warsaw, Poland.
1.3. By registering for the FGS, the participant (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) accepts these T&C and agrees to comply with the rules set out herein and the rules of the venue.
2. Registration and Admission
2.1. Participation in the FGS requires mandatory registration via the official registration form provided on the website.
2.2. The Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion.
2.3. Admission to the FGS premises is only possible upon presentation of a personal confirmation of registration.
2.4. In the event the conference is sold out or reaches capacity, the Organizer may close registration at any time without prior notice.
3. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR)
3.1. The Organizer acts as the Controller of the personal data provided by the Participant during the registration process.
3.2. Personal data is processed for the sole purpose of organizing and conducting the FGS, including sending necessary logistical information and, if consent is given, for future communication regarding CEE Council Foundation events.

3.4. The Participant has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of their personal data, and the right to object to processing, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.
4. Code of Conduct and Photography
4.1. Participants are required to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the event. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant from the premises who violates generally accepted standards of conduct.
4.2. Photography and video recording will be carried out during the FGS. By attending, the Participant grants the Organizer permission to use photos and video footage containing the Participant’s image for promotional purposes, including on the Organizer’s website, social media, and future marketing materials.
5. Changes to the Program
5.1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the FGS program, including the schedule, panel topics, and list of speakers, for reasons beyond its control (e.g., speaker cancellation, force majeure).
5.2. Such changes do not constitute a basis for claims or compensation against the Organizer. All Participants will be notified of significant program changes via email.
6. Liability
6.1. The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury or property damage incurred by the Participant during the FGS, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Organizer.
6.2. The Organizer is not liable for any losses incurred by the Participant as a result of the cancellation of the event due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
7. Final Provisions
7.1. Any disputes arising from participation in the FGS shall be governed by the laws of Poland.

7.3. These T&C become effective upon their publication on the FGS registration website.
